Gonzalo Ulloa received his PhD in Technical Sciences from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) - Switzerland in 1992. He was an Electrical Engineer of the Universidad del Valle in 1980, and currently serves as Director of Internet Business Specialization in Icesi University, Director of Organizational Computing Management Specialization.
Currently he teaches courses in the area of communication networks and technology strategy and Internet business both at an Undergraduate and Graduate level at Icesi University. He has been a consultant in information and telecommunication technologies Icesi University to various companies in the region. He has participated in projects with state and private enterprise in areas of information technology, telecommunications, information technology, e-business.
